Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. For details please feel free to contact us at (866)-772-2766 option 2 or at [email protected].  At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O.

If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. Your payment and personal information is always safe. We do not store your credit card information. Returns & Replacements

Rescue Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact our Returns department [email protected] to arrange the return.  We are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The guest is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. 

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the package’s delivery with an image of the damaged product in the shipping box. Please email this information to [email protected] so we may promptly assist you.  

Clothing, Lingerie & Swimwear Return Policy

We are unable to accept any returns of briefs, swimsuits, or bikini bottoms. If you would like to exchange or return any other articles of clothing, all tags, designer labels, and anything the items arrived in must be intact. This includes no stains or blemishes on the articles of clothing. Returns not meeting our policy will not be processed. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item shipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

 

Rescue Circle Memberships

Rescue Circle Memberships are valid for one year once purchased and are non-refundable. Memberships renew on the anniversary of original purchase.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards in USD, GBP, CAD, and EUR.   Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Amazon.  When selecting either options at checkout, you will be directed to login to the PayPal or Amazon sites to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before completing the transaction.

Ordering

You can place your order securely through ShopRescueSpa.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Bag" for the product you wish to purchase. To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click on the "Remove Item" icon or change the quantity to 0 and click "Update Shopping Cart." To change the quantity of items, change the number if in the box under "Qty" and click "Update Shopping Cart." You can also call (866)772-2766 and choose option 2 on the menu to place your order.

Viewing Orders

You can view the status of your orders by logging into your account.  Click on "My Account" at the top of the page to view your account information. If you do not have an account, take a moment to create one to experience the convenience of online shopping with Rescue Spa.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by simply logging into your account and choosing from the menu items on the left side of the page under "My Account."

 

Sales Tax

State & Local Sales Tax
The terms contained herein are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Shop Rescue Spa strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

 

How Tax is calculated
The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state. Moreover, the tax rates applied to your order may also be different for a variety of reasons, such as a shipment to a residential home versus a business address.

International Customers

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 12 hours following the purchase. After this grace period, the order will be shipped out and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

 

Shipping Fees

All Orders are shipped through UPS International. Rates and fees are calculated based on the package's location and will show at the checkout screen.

Free shipping is not applicable for any orders shipped outside of the United States. 

 

Taxes & Duties

Most products that Shop Rescue Spa sells are considered duty-free; however, it is your responsibility as the customer to pay for any required taxes and duties required by your country. 

It is further your responsibility to report any purchases of tangible personal property that Shop Rescue Spa Inc. has not taxed and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
