FAQ

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock.  You can read more on our customer service page.
 
Q: Is a signature required for delivery?
A: Orders valued over $500 will automatically require a signature for delivery. Please contact us before or when you place the order if you would like to waive the signature required for your package.
 
Q: What is Rescue's return policy?
A: Rescue Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. We are unable to accept any returns of briefs, swimsuits, or bikini bottoms. If you would like to exchange or return any other articles of clothing, all tags, designer labels, and anything the items arrived in must be intact. This includes no stains or blemishes on the articles of clothing. Returns not meeting our policy will not be processed. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item shipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you. Rescue Circle Memberships are non-refundable.

Q: How are damages and missing packages handled?
A: Once an order has left Rescue Spa, it is in the care of UPS. Rescue Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
 
Q: What if I am not home when my package arrives?
A: If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. The email will advise you of the approximate delivery window and delivery options if you don’t plan to be home at that time.  Sign up now by clicking on this link: www.ups.com/mychoice
 
Q: How many business days will it take for my package to arrive?
A: Please see the map below for transit time on UPS Ground packages.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment) you will receive an email from Rescue Spa with information on your order.  As an added convenience, Rescue now provides our guests the convenience of registering for an account to enhance your shopping experience.  From your account, you can view the status of your order, reorder products, create and share a wishlist and more.  If you did not register for an account, please contact us for your order information.
 
Q: When should I use P50?
A: P50 is recommended to be used twice a day, morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturizing the skin.
